This week we were studying The Indians of Michigan - where
they lived and what they used to survive.
Then Mr. Nelson announced the Longhouse project and we were all
beaming! He told us to get whatever
natural materials we could find outside our homes and bring them in. The whole class brought in a bunch of stuff
the next day and then we started. It was
really fun! We used things like twigs,
sticks, moss, and grass. Luke’s and
Ethan’s moms came in to help. When we
finished we were able to display them in the hallway. They all looked GREAT! - by Christina
