For our last and BEST field trip this year, we went to
Greenfield Village. Mr. Nelson gave us a scavenger hunt to use to explore the
many areas of the village. We did lots of walking and learned a few interesting
things too!
1. Edison spoke a nursery
rhyme into the first phonograph (“Mary had a little lamb...”)
2. Old time trains are smelly but cool (and loud too!)
2. SamB likes cars (especially Model T’s)
3. It's not a good place to go if you have allergies (and no
medicine)
4. History can be fun. (Really!)
